200mm Hatch Plate

A 200mm OD inspection hatch plate manufactured by Tek Tanks.
Comprising of a 10mm thick natural HDPE plate with 18 fixing holes, a resin impregnated cork or nitrile rubber gasket and all the necessary stainless steel (A4 grade) nuts and bolts.

The diesel fuel versions use the resin impregnated cork gasket to combat problems associated  with Bio Diesel fuel.
The water and waste tank versions use a nitrile rubber gasket.

Series A tank versions require an extra ring to be welded to the tank to hold the bolts captive. Custom built tank versions use the tank body to retain the bolts.

This inspection hatch plate is fitted by Tek Tanks during the manufacture of your tank. Tank fittings and level indication can be fitted to these hatch plates. Please phone for more information.

The price includes marking out, drilling the holes, welding the ring and the pressure testing of the whole fitted assembly.

Note:
These hatch plates are not suitable for retrofitting to existing tanks.
