Fixed Elbow Brass Hosetail Assemblies

A range of Fixed Elbow Brass Hosetails for use with Series A and Custom Built Diesel Fuel Tanks.

The hosetails are screwed into a polyethylene machined elbow body. The elbow body is welded to the tank by Tek Tanks using an advanced fusion welding process. The hosetails are sealed with a non setting, anti-vibration sealing compound.

The advantage of using a fixed elbow is that the height of the tank can be increased giving more capacity because they are lower than a standard elbow. These elbows are NOT removable and the orientation cannot be changed. Please check your drawing for approval carefully.

The price includes marking out, drilling the hole, welding the elbow body and the pressure testing of the whole fitted assembly.

Dip pipes for drawing off the contents with a pump can be fitted to FE06B, FE08B, FE10B and FE13B. Larger sizes can be made, please phone for more details.
